Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in it's original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at ellajanegoodwin@gmail.com. You will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Do contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and sort it out for you speedily!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Just drop us a message regarding exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your item and sent the refund. You’ll then be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a little time for some banks or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
